PODCAST EP10 - 2nd hit wonders

for episode 10 (wooooo, milestone!) we decided to tackle bands/artists that were known for a single hit — i.e. “1 hit wonders”. rather than just make a mix of well known 1-hit wonders (there are plenty of great ones out there already!), we decided we wanted to showcase other great songs from these bands. that perhaps there’s more than just that one song that is worth listening to!

we followed the format of picking 6 songs each — matt picked his six, and i picked mine, and we mashed them together into a mix of 12. there are some bands that i admittedly had no idea that they had such prolific careers (and that are definitely still producing new music). it’s crazy to me that they only got the 1 song on the radio, because some of their others are so good — if not better!

so hopefully this episode inspires you to go digging around for other great songs from artists known for one or two songs only.
